Teen Meditation

Meditation is a way to train your mind and can reduce anxiety and stress while improving focus and concentration. Just a few minutes a day can help you feel centered, positive and more in control, even when you're not meditating. 

Drop-in is held the last Saturday of each month from 11:00 to noon.  Suggested donation is $5.
